Verona Firefighters under instruction of Gateway Technical College Fire Instructors continue train on their new Personal Escape Systems. These systems allow trapped Firefighters to escape from upper floors if they are cut off by advancing flames. This time they trained in more advanced skills such as lowering trapped civilians including children and infants, other Firefighters without bailout systems, bailout from a roof, and bailout after lowering a victim with your system. Each Verona Firefighter that has completed the basic class has been issued their own Personal Escape System in keeping with our effort to have our Firefighters be the best equipped and trained Firefighters that they can be.
